The ring main circuit uses nitrogen (N2), which accounts for 78% of the natural air composition, as the insulating medium, and the vacuum load switch or vacuum circuit breaker is used as the breaking unit. The main circuit of the switchgear adopts an optimized electrode shape to balance the electric field distribution of the main circuit. There is no need to use solid insulating materials such as epoxy resin, which can ensure that the product does not require any non-environmental gas recovery after the end of its service life, and minimizes the extra-nuclear cost burden caused by solid chemical insulation waste disposal. The environment-friendly nitrogen filled and fully insulated ring network cabinet vacuum load switch or vacuum circuit breaker adopts a self-developed high-performance spring operating mechanism, and can also be equipped with permanent magnet operating according to customer needs.The Ring Main Unit 8MRMU was developed under Germany technology by the engineers of over ten years switchgear production and application experience. We designed it on the concept of self-contained and totally insulated switchgear for secondary power distribution network. The products conform to China national GB and IEC standards.
The Ring Main Unit 8MRMU is insensible to the environment and it is maintenance free. All the live parts are integrated well in the gas tank which SF6 is filled at 0.03 MPa gauge pressure(relative). These parts cover bus bar system, load break switch, disconnector, circuit breaker, earthing switch , fuse holders etc. The compact system,of which up to 6 loops could be accommodated in a single gas tank, is ideal solution for the installation site with a harsh climatic condition or environmental restrictions, We have gave models for the standard specification like 12kV and 24kV.
