A large number of high-tech operations have used a large number of variable frequency speed control devices in the entire production process from spinning to weaving, which has led to more and more power quality problems and harmonics in power systems, and has caused a lot of disadvantages to the production line. Causes the production line to have nylon chips, sizing machines, yarn doubling machines, automatic winders, combers, carding equipment, and tampers to use the automatic control equipment and power electronics to prevent the heating temperature from being controlled, resulting in serious product quality The decline will cause huge economic losses to the company; the electrical components such as transformers and busbars in the power distribution room will be severely hotted, causing great potential risks.
Introduction
The active power filter (APF) is mainly composed of controller, isolation switch (circuit breaker), contactor, IGBT, driving circuit, protection system, fuse, connection reactor, DC capacitor, etc. The controller measures phase A, C reactive power(current), produces control signal, drives IGBT on/off and produces harmonic and reactive current same as system harmonic current but in opposite phase to filter system harmonic, reduce reactive power and keep system power factor approximately at 1.
Our APF equipment is module structure, there are two types Wall Mounted and cabient mounted. The Wall Mounted type is preferred to be used in equipment improvement which is very conveninet to install.
The Sanhe Modular Active Harmonic Filter series are suitable for applications of all types, providing harmonic mitigation, load balancing and step-less reactive power compensation for inductive and capacitor loads.

Advantages:
Optimize your harmonic filtering efficiency: the 3-Level Topology Design Approach
Active harmonic filters are based on power electronic technology, designed for mitigating harmonics injected by non-linear loads in power networks, generally installed in parallel to the polluting loads. The active filters analyze the line current harmonics drawn by the loads and generate a compensation current at the opposite phase angle, thereby "neutralizing" the harmonic currents.
Optimized harmonics filtering efficiency
Selection of every harmonic to the 50th order /Filter up to 50th harmonics simultaneously /Harmonic filtering levels [%] for each specific harmonic order can be pre-configured / Resonance protection by means of pre-configuring harmonic filtering levels for the potential resonance zones / Harmonic attenuation > 97%
Compact high performance
Ultra-compact, space economical / User-friendly, ease of commissioning / Parallel capability of modular AHF units with respect to network requirements / Available in rack, wall mounting designs and complete enclosure type
Enhanced Reliability Levels
Incorporates intelligent FFT calculation method:
Provides "real time sensing" of network impedance for progressive harmonics compensation to achieving system stability
Advanced control algorithm for resonance protection
In event of parallel resonance with load variations, the APF is designed to assess and "shut-down" to avoid equipment damage
Unique modular design.
Each module works independently both in wall and rack mount type, easy for logistics, installation and maintenance work.
Modular power ratings 35A/50A/60A/100A, and unlimited combination in parallel.
The maximum capacity per cabinet can be 600A, especially used in applications where space is at a premium.
