HVCA is widely used in power system, industrial and mining enterprises distribution network. In order to improve power factor, reduce line loss, and improve voltage quality of system, it achieves the synthetically automatic control of reactive power and voltage by setting capacitor group mode ,automatically switching compensation capacitor and regulating on-load tap changing transformer according to the demand of reactive power.
Feature
Equipped with high-tech power factor controller to detect the reactive power and finally to switch on/off in minimum times. The controller can be remote controlled by connecting with computer. The parameters can be transferred to computer by communication port(485).
Optimizing and matching capacitor group and reactor parameters, which can effectively suppress inrush phenomenon and high harmonic.
Adopting special vacuum contactor of switching capacitor group, suitable for frequently switching, no resignation, no bouncing.
The ejecting fuse and relay protection, protection of the overvoltage, under voltage, over current, instantaneous current, open delta voltage and fault locking, which ensure safe operation of the device.
Equipped with high voltage display device, magnetic lock and observation window. Force locking function to keep the operator safe.

- The isolator switch is mechanical manual operation type which can open a obvious gap to keep operator safe while off-power maintenance.
- The series reactor of 6% detuning factor can limit inrush current and 5 times or above 5 times harmonics.
- The discharge coil and voltage reply can provide protection signal of open triangle unbalance.
- The current transformer and current relay work for overcurrent protection.
- The Zinc Oxidation Arrester works for absorbing overvoltage
- The monitor and magnetic lock protect operator safe by forcing locking.
- The humidity controller can automatically control heater and cooling fan to adjust cabinet inner environment.
- The panel has functions of short-circuit protection,operation overvoltage protection(arrester),over-current, open triangle unbalance voltage(relay). The others are realized by your superior switchgear.
