LVCT series Low voltage dynamic reactive power compensator can provide dynamic reactive power compensation to the power system with the features of no contact, no flow, no excessive switching and fast changing its reactive power output according to the actual demand and capacitor bank grouping way, using instantaneous reactive power theory, small wave analysis, dynamic measure calculation and rational work after composite pre-judge, and using a pass-zero switch made by the antiparallel thyristor to turn on/off the multi-stage capacitor banks.
The device is suitable for the places which requires compensation to balance three phase loads, reduce reactive power loss, increase power factor, strengthen transmission ability, adjust system voltage, improve power quality, restrain bus voltage change caused by fluctuations clashing the load, help for pending voltage recovery, increase system stability ,production efficiency and product quality. It is widely used in machine mechanical manufacturing, metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical, water, building materials, ports, railway electrification and the others which needs reactive power compensation

the high quality shunt capacitor and series reactor to build a LC circuit, strictly control the deviation of units to ensure good match
phase power capacitor with metalized polypropylene film has the features of small loss, low operating temperature, long life and self-healing function etc.;
adopted to a full digital intelligent control system with liquid crystal display and has network communication function to check the time, operation mode, switching group, bus voltage, current and power factor; a microcomputer decides the switching mode according to reactive power demanded by the system and the capacitor bank capacity to get optimized performance.
