VEJ series vacuum circuit breakers are equipped with modular spring operating mechanism, integral cast pole, high-performance, long-life vacuum interrupter with small size, which is more suitable for the requirements of cast pole, thus improving the reliability of the product. The design concept of functional modularization can quickly diagnose faults, shorten maintenance time, and quickly restore power supply. It has excellent performance in occasions where frequent operation is required and/or where short-circuit current needs to be broken. It fully meets the requirements of automatic reclosing and has extremely high operational reliability and service life.

2. The integrally cast fully solid-sealed pole vacuum interrupter is integrally cast in epoxy resin. The integrally cast pole structure is stronger, which can provide more sufficient protection for the vacuum interrupter and eliminate dust and The influence of moisture on the external insulation capacity of the arc extinguishing chamber, the inner and outer corrugated design of the pole, without additional creepage distance booster, the creepage distance can be greater than 240 mm, which fully meets the II pollution level specified in the DL standard Requirements for use under certain conditions; the arc extinguishing chamber permanently seals the main contacts of the switch in a vacuum environment to form an interrupting arc extinguishing unit; The optimal cooperation of the opening and closing performance of the chamber makes the overall performance of the circuit breaker safer and more reliable; at the same time, this compact structure also ensures the firmness and mechanical reliability of the circuit breaker.
- Reliable safety interlock The circuit breaker is also equipped with a complete interlock function to prevent dangerous and erroneous operations: the front beam of the circuit breaker is equipped with a positioning interlock, which is matched with the switch cabinet, and only the handcart is completely The handle on the beam can only be moved when it is shaken to the test position (the chassis of the handcart and the beam are completely close together). The operating handle of the handcart must be in place when inserted, so that the circuit breaker can be operated in and out. When the grounding switch is closed, there is a locking device that prohibits the circuit breaker from swinging into the working position. The locking device locks the circuit breaker in the closed state for rocking in and out operation; when the circuit breaker is in the middle position, there is also a locking device to lock the circuit breaker and cannot be closed (regardless of electrical and mechanical operations); according to requirements, the circuit breaker can also be configured Locking device that cannot be shaken in and out when the door is open. The circuit breaker has a complete electrical lockout (optional), and can complete the safe power distribution function with an appropriate switch cabinet. In addition to the isolation plum contact and the aviation plug assembly with hose connected to the auxiliary circuit, the withdrawable circuit breaker can realize the swing in/out operation of the circuit breaker under the condition that the switch cabinet door is closed. The anti-mispinning matrix prevents circuit breakers of different rated currents from being operated in the wrong switchgear. 4. The operating mechanism of the mechanical anti-trip circuit breaker is equipped with a mechanical anti-trip device, which can avoid electrical conflict with the comprehensive protection device and prevent the circuit breaker from closing again under continuous mechanical or electrical commands. When a closing command and an opening command (remote or local) exist at the same time, the circuit breaker will continue to open and close repeatedly. The anti-jump device ensures that if a closing operation is followed by an opening operation, the previous closing order will not cause the second closing operation, and the previous closing order must disappear first, and then be reissued. In addition, the circuit breaker's anti-tripping device allows the circuit breaker to be closed only when the following conditions are met: • the operating mechanism is fully charged • the opening pushbutton is not pressed and/or the opening release (-M01/M02 ) not started • The circuit breaker is in the open state.
