Product Description

    A large number of high-tech operations have used a large number of variable frequency speed control devices in the entire production process from spinning to weaving, which has led to more and more power quality problems and harmonics in power systems, and has caused a lot of disadvantages to the production line. Causes the production line to have nylon chips, sizing machines, yarn doubling machines, automatic winders, combers, carding equipment, and tampers to use the automatic control equipment and power electronics to prevent the heating temperature from being controlled, resulting in serious product quality The decline will cause huge economic losses to the company; the electrical components such as transformers and busbars in the power distribution room will be severely hotted, causing great potential risks.

Introduction
  The active power filter (APF) is mainly composed of controller, isolation switch (circuit breaker), contactor, IGBT, driving circuit, protection system, fuse, connection reactor, DC capacitor, etc. The controller measures phase A, C reactive power(current), produces control signal, drives IGBT on/off and produces harmonic and reactive current same as system harmonic current but in opposite phase to filter system harmonic, reduce reactive power and keep system power factor approximately at 1.
    Our APF equipment is module structure,there are two types Wall Mounted and cabient mounted.The Wall Mounted type is preferred to be used in equipment improvement which is very conveninet to install.  

The Sanhe Modular Active Harmonic Filter series are suitable for applications of all types, providing harmonic mitigation, load balancing and step-less reactive power compensation for inductive and capacitor loads.
