Product Description

Causes the production line to have nylon chips, sizing machines, yarn doubling machines, automatic winders, combers, carding equipment, and tampers to use the automatic control equipment and power electronics to prevent the heating temperature from being controlled, resulting in serious product quality The decline will cause huge economic losses to the company; the electrical components such as transformers and busbars in the power distribution room will be severely hotted, causing great potential risks.

Introduction
  The active power filter (APF) is mainly composed of controller, isolation switch (circuit breaker), contactor, IGBT, driving circuit, protection system, fuse, connection reactor, DC capacitor, etc. The controller measures phase A, C reactive power(current), produces control signal, drives IGBT on/off and produces harmonic and reactive current same as system harmonic current but in opposite phase to filter system harmonic, reduce reactive power and keep system power factor approximately at 1.
    Our APF equipment is module structure,there are two types Wall Mounted and cabient mounted.The Wall Mounted type is preferred to be used in equipment improvement which is very conveninet to install.  

The Sanhe Modular Active Harmonic Filter series are suitable for applications of all types, providing harmonic mitigation, load balancing and step-less reactive power compensation for inductive and capacitor loads.  


Feature

  • The equipment is completely disconnected from the power grid in the event of a fault, and there is no port capacitor hanging on the grid, so as to avoid resonance and leading reactive power effects on the power grid;
  • Support CT connection on the power supply side or load side, which can be flexibly adjusted according to site conditions;
  • With fast and complete fault self-checking function, it can be intelligently adjusted according to the on-site operating environment and status;
  • More convenient maintenance features, bus capacitors, fans, etc. can be separated independently;
  • Intelligent algorithm, automatically adjust the compensation ratio according to the real-time changes of reactive power and harmonics, and can also flexibly set the compensation target to achieve the optimization of the business target;
  • Intelligent sleep, the parallel system adopts a round-robin mechanism to evenly distribute the working time of each module under low load and prolong the life of the module
  • Passed CE certification, in line with EN 62477-1: 2012+A11-2014+A1-2017 standard;
  • APF can compensate 2~51 harmonics instantaneously, and the compensation range is larger;
  • ASVG can compensate 2~23 harmonics, and the harmonic compensation capacity and reactive power compensation capacity can be set in full range;
  • SVG can instantly compensate inductive reactive power and capacitive reactive power in full range, and solve the three-phase unbalance problem at the same time.
High reliability and high performance
  • The industry's first control layer dustproof module: effectively separates the control part and the power part, the control layer adopts a fully enclosed dustproof design, and there are no ventilation holes on both sides, front and rear to ensure good sealing performance; The main power components dissipate heat to ensure the heat dissipation performance of the equipment. The control layer reaches the protection level of IP6X, and has passed the experimental test of a third-party organization. Make sure that the external environment does not contaminate the control part. With the blessing of industrial-grade hardware design, the security and reliability are further improved.
