The external discharge coil can be reduced to less than 50V within 5s.
Perfect protection: high voltage spray by type fuse or current limiting fuse is used as internal fault or short circuit protection for single capacitor, or internal fuse capacitor is directly used to ensure the safety of equipment operation.

The circuit scheme generally adopts single star or double star connection mode, and the protection mode mainly includes three kinds: open triangle voltage, differential voltage and unbalance current at neutral point.
The open triangle voltage protection is not affected by the system voltage unbalance and third harmonics, and has high sensitivity. It is a common protection method for small and medium capacity capacitor banks (20Mvar and below). Differential voltage protection is not affected by system grounding fault, system voltage imbalance, sensitive action, according to the action indication can judge the fault phase, mainly used in 35kV system, capacity does not exceed 20Mvar; Double star neutral unbalanced current protection is not affected by the outside world when the three-phase two-arm capacitance is equalized. It is generally applied to 10kV and 35kV capacitor banks with voltage levels below 20Mvar.
